In case of card payment cash refunds are not allowed. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems.
The procedure for returning a product is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumers".
- The consumer is entitled to reject a product at any time before its transfer, and within seven days after the transfer;
- Products of proper quality may be returned if their appearance, consumer properties and a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified products are preserved;
- The consumer is not entitled to reject a product of proper quality having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used only by the person who purchases it;
- If the consumer rejects the product, the seller shall return to the consumer the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, except for the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned product from the consumer, no later than within ten days from the date of the consumer's claim;
- The Parties have agreed that if any restrictive measures are imposed by the authorities due to the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), which result in a prohibition of offline events (particularly, the Congress), the Customer shall take part in the Congress online. Introduction of restrictive measures shall not constitute grounds for termination of the contract and unilateral refusal to fulfill obligations under the contract. The difference in the price of tickets for online and offline participation shall be returned within 30 days by transferring the funds to the requisite, used by paying the ticket
To get a refund, fill in the Refund Application and send it to the e-mail address email@example.com.
The refund will be made to the requisite, used by paying the ticket within twenty one (21) business days from the date of receipt of the Refund Application by the Company.
To get a refund for transactions made with errors, make a written application confirming the wrong write-off. Send this Application at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The period for consideration of the Application and the refund shall start from the receipt of the Application by the Company and shall be specified in working days exclusive of holidays/weekends. In case of cancellation of the event, the Company undertakes to refund the cost of the ticket to the congress in full. Within 10 working days, the amount will be refunded to the requisite, used by paying the ticket. The seller is not responsible for other expenses of the Customer.
