Card payments are carried out via ALFA-BANK.
VISA, MasterCard and Mir cards are accepted.
The service of online payment is provided in accordance with the Rules of the International Payment Systems Visa, MasterCard and Mir based on the principles of payment confidentiality and security, for which the advanced methods of verification, encryption and data transmission via secure communication channels are used.
Bank card data is entered on the secure payment page of ALFA-BANK.

The following bank card details shall be entered on this page: card number, cardholder name, expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All these data is printed on the card. The three-digit security code is the three digits on the back of the card.

Then you will be redirected to the page of your bank to enter the 3DSecure code, which is sent in an SMS. If you have not received the 3DSecure code, contact the bank that issued your card.
- the bank card is not intended for online payments, to learn it, contact your bank;
- non-sufficient funds on the bank card. To learn more about the availability of funds on the bank card, contact the bank that issued the bank card;
- wrong bank card details have been entered;
- the bank card has expired. The card expiration date is usually indicated on the front of the card (this is the month and year until which the card is valid). To learn more about the card expiration date, contact the bank that issued the bank card.

The personal information that you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail, bank card number) is confidential and shall not be disclosed. Your credit card details are transmitted only in an encrypted form and are not stored on our web server.
