Global approaches to the record of stability
Conference Hall
Working in the outpatient treatment conditions provides the observance of all safety measures when a doctor needs to get the patient workup in full for a short period of time: to collect anamnestic data, discuss a treatment plan with the patient, determine and choose safe methods of sedation, pain management, and medication by observing the protocols and legislative measures of the country.
Summarizing the experience of the leading countries, we are striving to form the best system.

4P of oral medicine: predictions, prevention, personalization and personal participation of the patient
Ball-room
Sometimes a dentist should just carefully examine the patient to avoid irreversible changes in his/her health by considerably improving the quality of life of the person entrusting to him.
In addition to hard tissue that we can already restore using direct and indirect methods and scan by fairylike submerging in the endodontal world,
there are many critical structures in the mouth that seem to be within the competence of the specialists in quite different area.
A comprehensive approach to assessment of the patient's initial state is aimed at choosing a way to recovery.

Column hall
Extended boundaries of anatomico-physiological indications for implantation dictate their rules and lead to regular complications of neurologic character, in which diagnostics and treatment the dentists are not good enough. The general practitioners find it hard to establish diagnoses when all known methods are tested, the teeth are devitalized or drawn at all, and the patient still complain of the pain. In this session, we are going to review the neurological status of patients with different pains and determine the place of dental care in solving the neurological tasks, since the impact of paradontal pathogens are not limited by the oral cavity.

Ball-room
Meeting their patients more frequent than the other doctors, the dentists can be the first to suspect systemic diseases being at the stage of reversibility. Thus, 17,650,00 people per annum die from cardiovascular abnormalities, and this is due to insufficient examination and complete absence of culture of relation to own health. This factor also applies to doctors - the average age of dentists' life duration is 54 years old, and doctors of other specialties - 67 years old.

While working with conscious patients during long-lasting and extensive operations, we test not only their nervous system, but also ours. This especially refers to the patients at risk having general somatic abnormalities, since the rush of own stress hormone for them is much more dangerous than administration of the local anaesthetic and any dental management. Which modern methods we choose in a particular clinical situation, which apparatuses we prefer for diagnostics and treatment, what concept we follow, how we estimate the pretest probability, to what extent we are interested in the patient's rehabilitation, what kind of team we form.

The pregnant women and children represent a category that demands attention not only in the public transport but also in the dentist's room, since there are high risks when making examinations, prescriptions and management, and some specialists could not withstand emotional stress when communicating with such patients, as they are not familiarized with safe treatment protocols and strongly avoid responsibility.
